about elaine.
Hi! my name is Elaine
I’m a dedicated and passionate footwear designer with extensive experience across both design and production. Currently, I serve as a Senior Footwear Designer at Skechers, where I lead the creation and development of seasonal design briefs to guide innovative, trend-forward footwear collections. I take ownership of the design process from concept to final product, driving creative direction and ensuring alignment with brand and market trends.

Previously, I worked with the Adidas Group's NEO Team and Jinny Kim in Seoul, Korea, where I designed a variety of seasonal sneakers and fashion-forward styles. These roles offered me invaluable opportunities to work directly in footwear production environments in Korea and Vietnam. Through this, I gained comprehensive knowledge of the entire product lifecycle—from concept development to final production.

My background has shaped me into a designer who understands the importance of both creativity and practicality. I believe great design happens when aesthetics and function meet seamlessly.

Design is my life.
